Homebound Ministry

• Bringing Communion to the Homebound or sick

  Eucharistic Ministers to the Homebound  bring communion to parishioners who are unable to attend the Eucharistic celebration due to physical ailment.
  If you or a loved one are unable to attend Mass for some reason, please let the parish office know so that a minister to the homebound can provide the Holy Eucharist, please call  (818) 889-1279.
